Wine Hotel San Carlo - Relais & Spa comes from a long-cherished dream: we wanted to make the original soul of the building live again. Its origin dates back to 1843, when it was used as a postal station and inn. The ancient building has been renovated into a hotel with 12 rooms (Suites, Family Suites, Deluxe and Superior) where you can relax while sipping a glass of wine or chilling at our exclusive Spa, including Finnish sauna, steam Bath, Evian Shower and rooftop terrace with scenic pool. Our hotel is wonderfully located in Chiuro, birthplace of the local Nebbiolo grape wine, and it’s the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful surroundings.
